We're happy to organise removal and disposal of your existing furniture for an additional cost to our fitters. Please share details of this with your designer and they'd be happy to discuss your options with you.

Absolutely!Our Traditional range can be supplied in any lacquered colour of your choosing, including paint colours to match your walls exactly.Dependent on your choice of furniture, our Modern range also offers a wide selection of lacquered or foil-wrapped finishes to choose from.

If you'd like to see how a finish or material would look in your home, we have samples of selected finishes available to share with you before placing your order. Our designers will bring a full selection of samples for you to explore during your consultation and we'd be happy to send samples out to you if you prefer.Please reach out for more details.

Our design appointments are part of your free consultation. One of our Designers will visit your home, discuss your requirements, measure your space and create a hand-drawn plan to share with our CAD Designers back at the showroom.They will also bring along samples of our finishes and example images of our ranges for you to take a look at.To book an appointment, call us on 020 8941 8181 or send us an email.

Our designers offer a free appointment to measure up your space and offer guidance on the most suitable furniture for your home and your needs. Dependent on availability, we always aim to be as flexible as possible to organise these appointments quickly and around your schedule. The fastest way to book in an appointment is to give us a call on 020 894 18181, our team are on hand between 9am - 5:30pm, Monday to Friday (excluding Bank Holidays) and would be happy to arrange this for you. Alternatively, you may prefer to aim to provide an initial quote to provide you with an indicative price and some visualisations. After our Designer returns from your appointment, they will pass on their hand drawings to one of our CAD Designers. They will then create drawings using our design software and send over an email with an estimate, plan, elevations and computer-generated renders of your new furniture in your home. If you would prefer to receive these by post, do let us know and we'd be happy to send out a hard copy to you as well.

We are pleased to organise everything from start to finish!Our trusted team of contracted fitters have been working with us for many years and pride themselves on their high level of precision and attention to detail in every job they complete.

We aim to get your furniture to you as quickly as we possibly can and will always keep you updates with any delays or changes to your order.Depending on the range you choose, the complexity of the design and the time of the year, our lead time can range from 4 – 12 weeks.If you have concerns or queries about the lead time of your furniture, do reach out to us.

We recommend a very simple approach, regularly using a damp microfiber cloth to run over the furniture and picking up any dust.Please ensure the furniture is fully dry afterwards and do not use anything abrasive that may scratch the lacquer.
